Feel Great in 5 is a five week generic health reboot. It aims to rebalance 5 body systems to achieve good health. The course is designed to help people make dietary changes that they would find challenging alone. Support is provided via a Facebook group and you'd need to be willing to try new things and get involved in the group. There is a course webinar with Q&A once a week and online support for the full 5 weeks. Success rate is very high on this course.

My 1:1's are for those that need nurturing over a longer period of time and those who may need specific tests or supplement programmes.

This 5 week online programme will give you tools for a comprehensive health reboot helping you feel energised, lighter and brighter.

Each week provides rules and a new meal plan with goals to keep you going.

WHAT YOU GET

A minimum of 3 consultation over 12 weeks - (this works out at 1 every 4 weeks) -going forward the number and frequency may vary.  Each consultation is online via video which enables you to be relaxed in the comfort of your own home.

Time to explain your full health story from birth to the present time including any traumas, ill health, peculiar symptoms and unexplained pains, as well as your family history.

Detailed and scientific explanations and handouts outlining which body system may be out of balance that could potentially be holding you back.

You will leave with a manageable and effective nutrition and lifestyle programme personal to your needs.

This may include specific recipes, particular foods to increase and or avoid, good healthy swaps, recipe or meal plans, planning tools and organisation tips, and some key lifestyle changes.

Testing and supplements may be advised at additional cost.

The 12 week package is £750 and includes:

✨comprehensive health forms with analysis

✨Three 60-minute consultations over 12 weeks with detailed personal health plans from each

✨email or telephone response between each session (winin reason)

✨a 10% discount on supplements from either The Natural Dispensary or Amrita

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO

·      Fill in an online health questionnaire and food diary prior to the consultation - questions are designed to gather as much information about you as possible to help create the best programme for you.

·      Book into clinic for your consultations (12 weeks starts at your first consultation)

·      You need to be willing to embrace new foods and lifestyle ideas, make simple changes and look after yourself. You need to commit fully to the plans.

·      Ultimately you need to want to feel better. 

HOW TO GET STARTED

Once payment is received I will send all health questionnaires and confirm your first consultation.  Health forms need to be returned at least 5 working days prior to your first consultation so I can design a bespoke 12 week health plan for you.

I believe that with good food and lifestyle medicine the body can heal itself. What we eat affects how we think, feel and perform.

We can provide well-being presentations in line with corporate needs. These can include presentations, workshops, lunch and learns, tasting tables and smoothie making, full health and lifestyle reviews, individual consultations and health testing. If you are after something specific do get in touch.

Presentations blend evidence based science, biochemical knowledge and clinical experience to give an in depth understanding of how the body digests, absorbs and utilises food. The aim is to make sure everyone understands why we need food for fuel and function, and how they can put this into practise.

Presentations and workshops are highly interactive and audiences are encouraged to ask questions to debunk nutrition myths.

Each presentation includes a quiz and action plan to take home.
