Hi and welcome- thank you so much for your interest. I truly hope I can bring you a world of health and happiness.

I’m Kate, registered Nutritional Therapist and founder of Bespoke Nutritional Therapy in Harpenden, Hertfordshire.

BA hons & Dip Dance Theatre, Dip ION, mBANT, CNHC

Over fourteen years ago, I realised I was in a terrible cycle of illness.  I had let my ‘grab and go’ lifestyle, highly stressful job and lack of self care take over my life.  I suffered numerous bouts of infection, weight-gain and lost my ability to cope with stress, finding myself overwhelmed, anxious and depressed.  In that moment, I discovered nutrition, lifestyle and functional medicine and went on to study at the prestigious Institute of Optimum Nutrition (ION) so I could rebalance my health and eventually help others.

As the owner of Bespoke Nutritional Therapy I truly believe that the route to good health is through good nutrition.  Food is our fuel. What we eat affects how we think, feel and perform.  By making small changes, evidence-based nutrition can be used to support long-term mental and physical health.

I run a busy clinic for 1:1 Bespoke Consultations, a ‘Feel Great in Five Weeks’ online programme and a FREE Feel Great with Kate Facebook Group and I aim to inspire as many people as possible with presentations and workshops.

What is Nutritional Therapy and Lifestyle Medicine?

I believe good food and lifestyle choices can heal the body

Nutritional Therapy uses evidence based nutrition to promote optimal health, ultimate performance and personalised care.  This complementary medicine is applicable to those with chronic conditions and those looking to support, maintain and enhance health and wellbeing.  It seeks to rebalance, reset, refresh and recharge.

Bespoke Nutritional Therapy aims to help you regain and maintain optimal health and more explicitly to promote; constant energy and vitality; good mood and a calm, clear and resilient mindset; restful and rejuvenating sleep; weight management; healthy gut function and digestion; effective detoxification; blood sugar balance; healthy joints and muscles, strong hair and clear skin; balanced hormones and much more.  If this sounds appealing to you why not benefit from a consultation?

I'm governed by The British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT), who set us a strict code of conduct.  Here is a short video explaining exactly how a BANT registered Nutritional Therapist like myself can help you...

How can I help you?

Is this you?

Are you a busy parent who works hard and plays hard?  Are you driven by success, juggling family and work responsibilities so you have no time to consider your own health?  You may be ‘burnt out’ and exhausted, overweight, overwhelmed, irritable and unable to cope.  You may have a chronic condition.  Sleep may not be restoring you, and you reach for caffeine, alcohol and sugar to get you through.

If this sounds like you, your body could be under a lot of stress both emotionally and physically heading towards undesirable health outcomes.  Do you want a reset, refresh and a recharge to get you back on track?

I can help?

In an increasingly health conscious world the power of food to re-balance is growing.  Here at Bespoke Nutritional Therapy I want you to feel strong again, to feel able to reach your peak performance.  Think vitality and boundless energy and a healthy weight.  Imagine waking up with mental clarity ready to tackle anything.  I’m here and waiting to empower you to take control of your health and well-being, to restore and rebalance so you can be the best ‘YOU’ ever.

How do I work?
