FAQ - FEEL GREAT IN FIVE WEEKS

I’ve been running this course for 8 years and I know it gets results but how do you know if it’s for you?

That’s the reason I thought it important to answer some frequently asked questions about my Feel Great in Five weeks course.

Hopefully you too will be able to make a difference to your health.

1 - HOW MUCH TIME DO I HAVE TO COMMIT TO THE COURSE?


As much or as little as you’d like – you are in control. The course is designed to help you get organised so you can eventually spend LESS time worrying about what to eat and when. As you become more efficient it will take you less time.
Ideally you should allocate 1 hour a week to plan and shop. Then some time daily to prepare your meals. You’re likely doing this a bit already anyway. Tips and Tricks, new ideas and encouragement will be drip fed through the week to help and guide you. The more involved you can be the better.
A new Q&A session will be available once a week so we can chat and you can pick my brain to get all your burning questions answered.


WHAT WILL THE COURSE HELP ME ACHIEVE?"

If you stick to the plan you’re likely to loose weight, sleep well, have lots of energy, feel positive and optimistic and most importantly know how good food can make you feel great. Ultimately, you’ll wonder why you hadn’t done the course before and vow to do it again next year.


WILL I HAVE TO CUT FOODS I LOVE OUT AND GO HUNGRY?!


The course is designed so you feel nourished and you are eating the right amount for you. It is actually important that we allow ourselves to feel hunger in order to start listening to our body’s needs. However, it is of vital importance that you are NEVER starving on this course.
Certain food eliminations may be recommended on certain weeks like stimulants, processed foods, gluten and dairy but you will be given science-based information to decide if it is the right thing for you. At NO time will you be forced to do anything.

"HOW DO YOU RUN THE COURSE? ARE YOU ACTUALLY THE ONE ANSWERING QUESTIONS?


Ab-so-lutely!!!! – I'm in the Private FB Group every single week, multiple times. I may have to take a morning off to create content, work with my 1:1 clients or run my corporate talks BUT I try to answer questions within 24hours. I may also have a family event at the weekend but I will get back to you.
I will send the weeks guide the Saturday morning prior to the Monday start, this is so you can be present in the current week but also gives you the chance to get organised for the week ahead. I will also set weekly tasks and challenges for those looking for a little more.
